Govt. College of Nursing, Maharana Bhupal Government Hospital, Udaipur is an INC recognized college run by the state government, located in
city of lakes, Udaipur. It is run under self finance scheme which is affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur.
It was established in the year 2010 under RNT Medical College, Udaipur. The institute offers B.Sc. Nursing & M.Sc. Nursing programs.
The annual intake of B.Sc. nursing is 50 students and of M.Sc. Nursing is 15 students each under 3 specialities Obstetrical & Gynaecological
Nursing, Community Health Nursing and Medical Surgical Nursing.
The major goal of the institution is to train novice nursing aspirants to attain skills and capability to it's fullest efficiency.
Govt. College of Nursing is a fully fledged college with good infrastructure and vast clinical field practice area under
RNT Medical College and associated groups of hospitals.
In this Institution State Nodal Centre for strengthening of pre service education has been established by the financial support of UNFPA under
AWP of SIHFW Rajasthan. It has a fully equipped skill lab & IT lab to strengthen the standardised technical skill and knowledge of nurses & nursing
faculties of various nursing institutions.
